Pricing questions
Do coaches pay? Never. Coach accounts are free; the town's plan sets how many a town can have.
What counts as a team? Every squad that reserves facilities: each sport, each age group, and boys' and girls' teams separately. A soccer program with six age groups and boys and girls is twelve teams.
What happens when we move up a plan? The new plan starts right away. You pay the difference in price for the rest of your current term, and your renewal date stays the same.
What happens when we move down? The change takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you have until then. There are no refunds for the time already paid for. A smaller plan is only available if your usage fits within its limits.
Can we pay month to month? Yes. Monthly billing adds $10 per month to any paid plan; annual billing is the lowest price.
What if we grow past a limit? You'll see the limit in the app before you reach it, and you can move up a plan at any time. Larger departments can get in touch about Premium.
